I’m sorry you’re going thru a hard time. Hugs.

You are not afraid in the traditional sense… You are just trying to override the softer voice that’s trying to speak up from the corner of your soul saying “but but but but…I…want…to…live…” what has shifted in the last couple of weeks for you? Something is different. Holiday stress/triggers? This will pass. Keep listening to the little living voice. You *would* be noticed and missed. xo.

    • i honestly don’t know what’s shifted. everything is just UGH! nothing is ever enough for long enough for me to be okay. something good gets going in my life and it seems to quieten things down for a little while, until things stagnate there & then everything gets unbearably loud again. not sure if i’m strong enough to hold on until it passes, but i guess i’m going to have to try.

      thanks lovely xo

I have been where you are. I visit more often than I’d like to…. I like Nataly’s comment about the little voice inside that wants to live. I hope you can still hear her over the booming voice of pain. xx
